Gopi Sweet and Dairy Parlour began as a small family kitchen in Vastral, Ahmedabad โ a labour of love by Shri Mukeshbhai Patel, who learned the art of mithai-making from his father. Today, we serve over 50,000 families across Gujarat, but our promise hasn't changed: pure ingredients, traditional methods, and the same recipes that warmed our grandmother's kitchen.
From the bilona ghee we churn at dawn to the kaju katli we hand-finish with edible silver, every single sweet that leaves our parlour is made the way it should be โ slowly, lovingly, and without shortcuts.

Pure Ingredients
We source full-cream cow milk from local farmers, premium cashews from Goa, saffron from Kashmir and pure desi ghee. No shortcuts, no compromises.
Hand-Crafted
Our halwais hand-shape every laddu, hand-cut every barfi and slow-cook our khoya for hours. Mass production never enters our kitchen.
Made with Love
Every box is packed with care because it might be celebrating a wedding, a homecoming, a festival. We treat every order like it's for our own family.
